The Broadband Russia newsletter was established by a local monthly magazine Cableman in 2008. It was aimed to inform foreign industry specialists about the Russian broadband market.

From October 2010 Broadband Russia is based on the information prepared by ComNews Publishing Group and issued by “prformans” agency.
